40 Minute Upper Body Tabata

Dial into your upper body with this challenging 40 minute Tabata workout. You’ll be going through 8 Tabata rounds, we’re hitting it all; biceps, chest, shoulders, triceps, and back. You’ll be feeling the burn throughout the entire workout, and we know you love it. Long live the pump!

Not sure what a “Tabata” is? It’s simply a timed interval of 20 seconds of exercise, followed by a 10 second break, repeated 8 times in a row, for about 4 minutes of high intensity lifting. You’ll need 3 sets of dumbbells in this workout, and a bench if you have one, but its not required.

Heavy: 40lbs (18.2kg)
Medium: 20lbs (9.1kg)
Light: 10lbs (4.5kg)
