The, “To Live Another Day” Workout gives you an experience that will take your breath away…(literally), and will help you to regain the strength, and confidence you’ve been searching for.

In this 50 minute full body workout, you’ll incorporate explosive power movements, core tightening exercises, and muscle fatiguing lifts, to give you a well rounded workout. Enjoy!

Workout Breakdown:
– Warm Up
– Circuit #1 (40 sec of Work W/ 20 sec of Rest) – (7 exercises x 2 rounds)
– Circuit #2 (40 sec of Work W/ 20 sec of Rest) – (7 exercises x 2 rounds)
– Circuit #3 (45 sec of Work W/ 15 sec of Rest) – (7 exercises x 2 rounds)
– Cool Down
