50 Minute Full Body Strength, and Core Killer Dumbbell Workout

The Great Workout, is an exercise class like no other. This 50 minute video not only will give you the satisfaction from a great workout, but will keep you full engaged with its breathtaking aerial footage of the great sand dunes.

In today’s session you’ll be going over full body movements that will challenge your balance, core strength, flexibility, and the power of your mind. You’ll need a set of light to medium dumbbells. (In this video, 25lb dumbbells were used the whole time.) Good luck & Enjoy.
