In this 60 minute workout you’ll be going over 5 circuits that are broken down as follows

– Warmup
– Circuit #1 (Chest & Triceps)
– Circuit #2 (Back & Biceps)
– Circuit #3 (Legs)
– Circuit #4 (Full Body)
– Circuit #5 (Cardio & Core)
– Cooldown
