No equipment required! Just a mat and your body.

Workout Format:
-Warm Up: 2 exercises, 40 seconds on, 5 seconds of transition
-Circuit 1: 6 exercises, 50 seconds on, 10 seconds of break
-Circuit 2: 6 exercises, 50 seconds on, 10 seconds of break
-Cool Down: 3 exercises, 40 seconds on, 5 second transition
