50 Minute Memorial Day Dumbbell Workout

We’ve dedicated this workout video to all those who have served our beautiful country.

This 50 minute workout was filmed on top of Mount Soledad in, San Diego California, to give honor and respect, to all those who have given their lives to protect our country.

Join us on this fitness journey where you’ll be challenged in every way possible, from cardio, to balance, strength, flexibility, power, and core. All levels of fitness are welcomed to join in on the fun. Good Luck & Enjoy!

Equipment needed:
– 2 sets of 15-25lb dumbbells.
– 1 Yoga mat
– Water

Equipment used in workout video:
– Two 20lb dumbbells

Workout Breakdown:
– Warm up – Circuit #1 – (7 exercises (40 sec of WORK / 20 sec REST) x 2)
– Circuit #2 – (7 exercises (40 sec of WORK / 20 sec REST) x 2)
– Circuit #3 – (7 exercises (40 sec of WORK / 20 sec REST) x 2)
– Cool Down
