All you need are a set of light and medium weight dumbbells and before you know it, you’ll be all done.
Workout Breakdown:
Every exercise in the workout circuit is only 20 seconds in length. However, you only get 10 seconds of rest between exercises. Over the course of the 15 minute workout, you will feel how this interval format will slowly creep up on you, but you will persevere!
