25 Minute Treadmill + Weights

This is a one stop shop of a workout, combining full out cardio, total body strength, and powerful core movements. This workout is welcome to all fitness levels. There are suggested treadmill speeds and dumbbell weights, but choose according to your liking. If you don’t have access to a treadmill, any cardio equipment can be used, or even jump ropes/jumping jacks.

Equipment used in this workout:
1. Treadmill
2. Medium Weights (20 lbs/9kg)
3. Heavy Weights (30 lbs/12kg)
4. Yoga Mat
