Come out guns a’blazing with this 20 minute express Arms and Abs HIIT workout. We’re giving you it all, biceps, triceps, shoulders, and core. You’ll perform some classic exercises, as well as some new ones you’ll learn to love. Whether you’re going for a swole look, or just to get toned up, push through the time period, and give it your all! All you need are a light and medium set of dumbbells.
Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up: (40 seconds of movement, 7 seconds to transition)
3 Circuits of 6 exercises: (45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest)
Cool down: (40 seconds of stretching, 7 seconds to transition)
