It’s time to get ready for beach season by joining us for our 30 minute leg, and core dumbbell workout. Enjoy 30 minutes of intense butt burning exercises, followed by fat melting ab movements, that will whip you into beach season ready!
Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up – (5 exercises/40 sec each)
Workout – (15 exercises/40 sec each W/ 20 sec of rest)(Complete 2 rounds)
Cool Down – (4 exercises/40 sec each)
Equipment needed are 2 medium size dumbbells. Weights used in this video were 2 sets of 25lb dumbbells.
