The goal of an AMRAP circuit is to push yourself as much as you can, until each 7 minute circuit is completed. This 35 minute workout delivers full body strength and core, while implementing cardio through four different circuits. Bring your A game all the way to the end- LET’S GOOOO!

If you have access to dumbbells of various weights, we recommend options of light-medium weight dumbbells. We chose to stick with medium weight throughout.
