If you’re looking for something different, we got you! AMRAP stands for, As Many Rounds As Possible. The goal of an AMRAP circuit is to push yourself as much as you can, until each 7 minute circuit is completed. This 35 minute workout delivers full body strength and core, while implementing cardio through four different circuits. Bring your A game all the way to the end- LET’S GOOOO!

EQUIPMENT USED IN THIS VIDEO:
Steven: 25lb dumbbells
Kellen: 22.5lb dumbbells

If you have access to dumbbells of various weights, we recommend options of light-medium weight dumbbells. We chose to stick with medium weight throughout.
